www.zoco.ae (“Website”) is an internet-based e-commerce and content portal operated by Soukalamal LLC registered in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates and subject to the laws of Sharjah and the United Arab Emirates. By using this website, you indicate that you accept these terms of use and the website’s privacy policy. These Terms of Use determine the legally binding terms for the services offered on the website and the terms of use of this website. These Terms of Service, along with the Privacy Policy, are authorized for both users who visit the Website but do not trade on the Website (“Users”), as well as conduct business on the Website (“Members”) by the Website. The company reserves the right to change or terminate any part of the website or the services offered by the company for any reason without prior notice or liability to you or any third party. It is your responsibility to regularly review the Terms of Use to be aware of any changes. Nothing in these terms of use should be construed as qualifying third party beneficiaries.


To register onto the Website the User will have to provide Personal Information (as defined in the Privacy Policy and choose a user name (identified by their email address) and password. Registration is only a one-time process and if the Member has previously registered, he/she shall login/sign into his / her account. You will be required to provide us with your name and other details, including but not limited to, e-mail, contact number, contact address. Confidentiality will be maintained on the personal details furnished.


All orders are considered complete only after the payment has been received by Zoco as confirmed by our Accounts Department. To confirm the orders, Zoco may contact Customers who have placed orders through the Website and ask the Customer a verification question. Zoco will confirm the order only after the verification question is answered by the Customer. Once the purchase of the item(s) is confirmed by the Customer, Zoco will arrange to pack and deliver the product to the Customer.

Product Availability

In view of timing differences, there is a possibility that the item ordered by the Customer might have been sold and might not be available in stock at that point of time. In such an event, Zoco will call the Customer (if he/she has registered on the Website) and suggest an alternate product. In case the Customer chooses a different product, Zoco shall confirm the new order. If the cost of the new selection is more expensive than the previous one, the Customer shall have to pay the differential amount. If the cost of the new selection is less expensive than the previous one, Zoco shall refund the excess amount to the Customer in the manner specified below in this Terms of Use.

Online Payment

Customers can make online payments using his/her credit/debit card; and we as a merchant shall be under no liability whatsoever in respect of any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorization for any Transaction, on account of the Cardholder having exceeded the preset limit mutually agreed by us with our acquiring bank from time to time. In the event the bank rejects to honor any payment transaction made by a Customer towards an order, Zoco shall have the right to refuse to ship the order to the Customer without any liability whatsoever.

Shipping Policy

At Zoco, we are committed to creating our delivery process as quick and pleasant as possible, because we all know how important it is that your goods arrive on time and in perfect condition. Within the region, we work with Wing Courier Company to supply you the quickest service and therefore the best prices. All shipments made up of approved Orders are shipped employing a 3rd party fulfillment service. Please ask the terms and conditions of Wing Courier Company for more details on shipment details.

We also provide a tracking code – as provided by the 3rd party service which the User can use to trace their shipment.

Return and Exchange

We value your business and want you to be 100% satisfied with our products. If you are not satisfied with your order, replace/canceled cancel the product within 15 days. The stock exchange depends on the availability of the goods you request. If the requested goods are not available, your bank account will be credited according to the refund policy. We will only accept returns or exchanges from the United Arab Emirates only.


Credit card:

Zoco refunds the deposit amount to the customer’s credit card account. The reimbursement amount will be deposited into the account of the Customer within the period determined by the bank that issued the credit card; or

Deposit or bank transfer:

The Zoco into the Customer’s bank account will deposit the refund amount within ten (10) business days from the receipt of the refund request by the Customer.

Usage of Promo code by the Company

Zoco has the proper to refuse the usage of any promo code at any point in time. Promo codes, which have expired, can’t be used on the web site. Zoco can at any time ask the Customer for the proof of getting received the promo code. Promo codes are often used only on specific orders as deemed fit by Zoco. Promo codes at Zoco’s discretion are applicable to certain items, on specific orders, or on specific dates and occasions. Promo codes cannot be clubbed with any other offer running on the site.
